'You are the beating heart of La Londe. Through your actions, you bring support, conviviality, culture, sport, social aid, and many other essential services to our fellow citizens. Your dedication and dynamism create a rich and supportive social fabric, where everyone can find their place and thrive. Allow me to thank you for your work and dedication. You give your time and energy, often without counting, to improve everyone's daily life. Your contribution is invaluable and makes La Londe a great place to live.' The mayor also stressed the importance of the diversity of the associations. Whether cultural, sporting, charitable, or environmental, each association brings a unique richness to the town. This diversity is a strength and a source of pride because they create a network of solidarity and mutual aid essential for the well-being of all. 'As mayor, I am aware of the challenges you may face, particularly financial needs, finding volunteers, and organizing events. The Municipality is by your side to support you in your projects and initiatives. We strive to provide you with the necessary resources so that you can continue your activities in the best possible conditions.'
NEW GENERATIONS
'As you know, our support for associations is one of our main concerns, with the provision of suitable premises—this Maison des Associations (MDA) is proof of this, with a dedicated service that does remarkable work—the simplification of administrative procedures, and the maintenance of your subsidies, to the tune of around €400,000. I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage young people to get involved in community life. Your experience and enthusiasm are valuable assets for the renewal and sustainability of our associations. Passing on your passion to new generations is essential to ensure the continuity of this spirit of solidarity which is dear to us,' concluded François de Canson.
