This distinction rewards NGE Group's commitment to professional integration on the A57 motorway widening project for the ESCOTA network of VINCI Autoroutes. As part of this project, NGE achieved integration results twice as high as the targets set, resulting in the signing of nearly 180 contracts.

This award, presented by Christelle Maddalena, Deputy General Director of Housing, Solidarity, and Citizenship at Métropole TPM, rewards the innovation and diversity of NGE's initiatives in professional integration. Through programs such as the Préparation Opérationnelle à l'Emploi Individuelle (POEI) and targeted training, notably for pipe-laying, NGE has addressed local skills needs while promoting professional integration.

CONCRETE COMMITMENT The A57 widening project, which began in spring 2021, initially planned for 67,000 integration hours under an agreement signed in November 2020 for employment with State services and local partners. Four years later, this target has been widely exceeded with over 143,000 hours achieved, double what was planned. This commitment represents the signing of 180 contracts during the project's duration for various profiles such as laborers, formworkers, road and utility bricklayers, machine operators, engineers, and an administrative assistant.

Among these workers, 90% come from Var, including 30% from the Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville (QPV). It is worth noting that the share of senior workers is 12.5%, higher than average compared to other projects of this type.

Laurence Lelouvier, Human Resources Director of NGE Group, welcomed the achievement: "NGE distinguishes itself through its constant commitment to professional integration, as demonstrated by our success on the A57 construction site. We doubled our initial objectives, with the signing of nearly 180 contracts. This result is the fruit of close consultation with our client VINCI Autoroutes and local stakeholders like the Maison de l'Emploi Provence Méditerranée, allowing us to respond effectively to local skills needs."

Salvador Nunez, Operational Director of VINCI Autoroutes in charge of this major project, praised this success: "Reaching the initially set objectives even before the end of the project is a source of satisfaction, which reflects the commitment and effectiveness of the NGE teams. This is only an interim assessment, and we must continue to go beyond the numbers to guarantee a sustainable return to employment for as many people as possible."

The A57 motorway project is a four-year undertaking to widen the motorway to 2x3 lanes over 7 km in Toulon. Its challenge is to be part of a global urban redevelopment of the Toulon metropolitan area, contributing to the territory's development and attractiveness.
