Ronde des Pères Noël, another exceptional success!
The Christmas Run is the largest Santa Claus race in the region, organized to kick off the end-of-year celebrations!

Every year, around 600 runners go head-to-head in a friendly spirit during this fancy-dress footrace, enjoying a festive and musical atmosphere over 5 km or 10 km, either solo or in pairs. The musical and illuminated course is to be completed twice for the 5 km, and four times for the 10 km, while the 2.5 km loop takes runners through the downtown streets, along the seafront promenade, and onto the harbor docks. Throughout their efforts, competitors enjoy the Christmas lights and the numerous musical performances put on by local associations. In short, a real feast for the eyes and ears! And, for those wishing to discover running in a fun way, a 5 km distance (without ranking or medical certificate requirements) was available on the same course. Just the thing to attract those who are less in shape! The only rule was, of course, to wear a Christmas-themed costume. Every participant received a gift and a medal at the end of the race. Furthermore, mulled wine and sweet treats were offered once the finish line was crossed! In this extraordinary event, the 'pitchouns' (children) were not left out, as they joined the party over distances of 800 m, 1.5 km, and 2.5 km. Finally, by signing up for the race, all runners entered a grand prize draw to win wonderful prizes, including mountain accommodation!
