Numerous projects and purchasing power on the program

Following the severe weather in October and November, around sixty municipal employees were mobilized by the mayor to carry out a major clean-up of the beaches. This was a manual intervention as part of a sustainable management approach, preserving the sand and the Posidonia banquettes. This massive clean-up made it possible to collect, across all beaches from the town center to l'Anglade and Saint-Clair, 25 kg of waste – mainly plastic – and 6 tons of deadwood, which were taken to the Manjastre waste reception center for recovery.

In terms of living environment, we can note the Zone de Mouillage et d'Équipements Légers in the bay of Cavalière (ZMEL), the creation of a green corridor on avenue Coubertin, the creation of a library at the corner of avenue des Commandos d'Afrique and a youth center on the seafront.

Gil Bernardi, the mayor, confirmed that purchasing power for families will remain a municipal priority. He therefore announced several measures focusing on the well-being of children, teachers, and educational staff. In addition, aid will be provided to families of Le Lavandou (1€ meals for school children and the purchase of school supplies).
