More than 150 members for the retailers' association
Led by Laurence Sautereau (Hôtel « La petite bohème »), with over 150 members, the Le Lavandou merchants' association is intensifying its...

The association represents a fine range of commercial diversity. With Audrey Novara (Poulpe Atelier glacé) as secretary, and Vincent Olivieri (CO expertise) as treasurer, the board is refining its program for 2025. Laurence Sautereau reviews the Fête du Chocolat: "After just a few months of our team's activity, its dynamism is already being felt.
Take, for example, the Fête du Chocolat, which we organized for the second year. Spellbinding aromas awakened the taste buds of many visitors on quai Gabriel Péri throughout the day on February 23, thanks to our two pastry chef-chocolatiers Florian Oltra and Patrick Panza, accompanied by Pralibel specialties from avenue Vincent Auriol. Around twenty local artisans and producers presented a wide variety of sweet, savory, and delicious gourmet treats.
It was a time of sharing and conviviality set to music by saxophonist Maxie & Sax, along with magic tricks by Antony Omega. The day ended in front of a family audience with a cake contest—chocolate, of course!"
The president outlines the other ongoing projects: "Ideas are not lacking, and even though our finances are balanced, they are not inexhaustible for an ambitious program. A meeting is planned to refine it.
The merchants' and artisans' festival has already been renewed for April 5, with entertainment in the shopping streets featuring musicians and dancers. Some will also perform for the big clearance sale. There will also be clearance sales and other dates expected to attract many people in June, and in September, the month of the big clearance sale.
And we are already thinking about the events we will organize at the end of the year."
