Tribute to Mike Brant, 50 years already!

Passionate about music and French and international variety, Philippe Leonelli, mayor of Cavalaire, wished to commemorate the anniversary of the passing of this key figure through a program of events organized in the seaside resort from April 18 to 27.

TRIBUTE CONCERT

From Friday, April 18, meet at the Studio Miramar cinema for the screening of the documentary "Laisse-moi t’aimer" by Erez Laufer, with the exceptional presence of Olivier Lebleu, writer and author of the biography "Mike Brant : la voix du sacrifice", and Franck Weyler, singer and producer of the tribute show, to discuss the artist's life. The highlight of the event is the tribute concert "Franck Weyler chante Mike Brant" on Friday, April 25 at the salle des fêtes of Cavalaire, the anniversary of the death of the famous singer. A show that features the greatest hits of Mike Brant, to the great delight of an audience that has not forgotten the late star. Franck Weyler performs Mike Brant's songs in a personal way, without imitation or lookalikes. The show offers a revision of many of Mike Brant's hit songs with new arrangements. As a thread throughout this tribute, the public will also discover a series of posters of the artist in the lower hall of the Maison de la mer from April 18 to 27.
