Several thousand visitors celebrate the wines of La Londe!
A must-attend event for wine lovers, the traditional Fête des Vins, on April 20 at place Camoin, lived up to all expectations.
The Fête des Vins is a strong marker of the Municipality's commitment alongside the winegrowers. “And judging by the popular success of this annual event, our wines enjoy a real enthusiasm, driven by their recognized quality and an exceptional terroir,” welcomed François de Canson. Organized by the association of the Vignerons de La Londe, in partnership with the Ville, this morning of tasting brought together nearly 30 estates, classified in AOC Côtes de Provence – La Londe, in a warm atmosphere. The mayor added: “Everyone was delighted to meet up, talk and share a pleasant moment.” Thus, 2,000 tasting glasses were served to enthusiasts on this sunny Sunday. From stand to stand, visitors discovered the white, red and rosé wines from the estates of the AOC.
