This summer, Domaine de Favanquet invites wine lovers to discover its unique world.
Two options are available to visitors: summer evenings and visits to the cellar throughout the week. The summer evenings (by reservation) take place every Friday evening, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., offering total immersion in the world of organic and agro-ecological viticulture. The spirit is above all about sharing.
Visitors explore the estate's exceptional vineyard, located in a Natura 2000 protected environment. Hermann's tortoise, the emblem of this place, symbolises the owners' commitment to preserving nature.
During these evenings, participants immerse themselves in the profession of winemaker, receiving explanations on working methods and environmental care. The evenings begin with a presentation of the estate, followed by a one-hour tour of the vineyards. Participants can then taste three wines, while learning about their winemaking and organoleptic characteristics.
These moments of conviviality are completely free of charge, allowing everyone to discover the passion that drives the owners.
This year, the Domaine has inaugurated a new building, which welcomes visitors all summer long. The cellar is open from Monday to Saturday, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., providing a permanent presence for those wishing to learn more about organic and agro-ecological viticulture. The owners are present to share their expertise and offer tours of the vineyards.
Finally, the Domaine positions itself as an ideal place for environmentally conscious wine lovers, combining product quality and respect for nature.
