“What a joy to share this love of our terroir!”

A success that particularly delighted François de Canson, the mayor and winemaker: “Well done to all my fabulous team of winegrowers around Éric.” This last meeting also announced the kickoff of the grape harvest (see next page). On the eve of the harvest, François de Canson visited the Cave Coopérative to talk with the cooperative members and Éric Dusfourd, director of the Cave, who were about to begin the harvest.

“A moment of sharing and passion around our unique terroir and the winemaking expertise that is the pride of our town. Between advice, exchanges, and seasonal anecdotes, everyone was preparing to harvest the fruits of a year's work, with quality and high standards, to offer wines that tell the story of our land and our traditions,” concluded an enthusiastic François de Canson.
