Les Lucioles, a new-generation crèche

Located in the allée des Droits de l'Enfant opposite the future urban park, the facility will accommodate up to 40 children from 3 months to 3 years old. It offers a setting combining comfort, nature, and energy efficiency. 'A modern place, respectful of the environment and designed for the well-being and development of our toddlers.

The Petite Enfance department carried out this project with passion and high standards, designing a real working tool adapted to the needs of both children and families. This crèche embodies a strong commitment to the future of our city, where ecology and quality of life unite to serve future generations,' emphasized the mayor.

EXEMPLARY BUILDING Covering an area of 560 m², the building was designed using an eco-responsible approach: timber frame and French bio-sourced materials, photovoltaic panels and geothermal heat pump, double-flow ventilation and rainwater harvesting, smart sunshade.

A community recycling center completes the facility to encourage exchange, reuse, and conviviality among families. Thanks to its planted central patio and bioclimatic architecture, the crèche benefits from bright and temperate spaces. At the back, a shared garden connects the facility to the neighboring schools (Zunino 1 and 2), creating a true bridge between generations.
