Culture and gastronomy on the program of Alsace sur Mer
For the 11th year, the Fédération des Artisans et Producteurs d’Alsace moves to Esplanade Sainte-Estelle from Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 October.
It invites Cavalairois and visitors to discover all the culture and gastronomy of this beautiful region. Thus, for 4 days, the public will be able to discover a folk troupe, crafts, but also taste tartes flambées, choucroute, Alsatian biscuits, jams, and of course Alsace wines thanks to more than a dozen producer stands. On the entertainment side, a grand raffle will offer the chance to win a two-night stay with breakfast and a dinner for two people in this charming French region. Each day, a gift basket filled with Alsatian products and magnificent prizes will also be up for grabs to showcase all the culinary richness of Alsace! Finally, two evening events are organized starting at 8 PM on Esplanade Sainte Estelle. They will offer visitors, holidaymakers, and residents of the seaside resort the chance to enjoy, in a festive and musical atmosphere, all the Alsatian specialties in the heart of a dining area. In addition, like the events dedicated to Corsican and Italian culture organized at the beginning of the year in Cavalaire, the events department intends to offer a festive and gastronomic weekend.
