Success for the 4th edition of the women's pétanque tournament
For the 8th consecutive year, the municipality renewed its commitment to the fight against breast cancer during Octobre Rose.
Thus, throughout the month of October, Cavalaire was adorned in pink and offered prevention and information actions, festive and sporting moments, as well as collections for the benefit of the Ligue contre le cancer. Thus, the 4th edition of the women's pétanque tournament Bouge ton bras was a resounding success. Earlier in the month, it all started with a stage aperitif, offered by the COS de Cavalaire, and a karaoke with the children of the leisure center and Music Live to set the mood for these beautiful moments of sharing and solidarity. On October 18, a major solidarity evening brought together sport and music in a friendly and festive atmosphere. With a disco and glitter dress code! Participants wore their most beautiful colorful and glittering outfits, ensuring the atmosphere of the event. On the program: a Zumba session to move to varied rhythms and demonstrations of salsa and Tahitian dances. This evening allowed people to connect and share a pleasant moment while supporting a solidarity initiative.
