A festive and musical atmosphere in Alsace sur Mer

For 4 days, the public was able to discover a folk group, crafts, and taste tartes flambées, sauerkraut, Alsatian biscuits, jams and, of course, Alsace wines thanks to more than a dozen producer stands. Each day, a gift basket filled with Alsatian products and magnificent prizes was also put up for grabs to showcase all the culinary richness of Alsace! "Finally, two late-night openings were organized on the Esplanade Sainte Estelle. They offered visitors and residents of the seaside resort the opportunity to enjoy Alsatian specialties in a festive and musical atmosphere," welcomed Philippe Leonelli, the mayor of Cavalaire, who, like every year, did not miss this traditional event.
