A beneficial day focused on health and well-being at work
On October 10, the 6th edition of the Journée de la Prévention et de la Qualité de Vie au Travail confirmed the importance of this key event.

Nearly 300 employees from the local municipality were present for this day filled with conviviality, learning, and sharing around health, safety, and well-being at work. PARTICIPATORY WORKSHOPS Thus, employees participated in numerous workshops designed to strengthen prevention and improve their professional daily lives. Between posture and movement, life-saving techniques, muscle warm-ups, or self-massage, everyone discovered or rediscovered the right reflexes to protect their health at work.
Debates on sleepiness and addictions, discussions around sleep, as well as a sport, health, and prevention quiz also marked this rich and interactive edition.

As with every edition, Thierry Albertini, the mayor, was on the front line by participating in the event, as he explained at the end of the day: "I had the pleasure of leading the sophrology workshops, a special moment to share some keys to relaxation and stress management." He added: "A big congratulations to the Prévention, Hygiène et Sécurité department for the organization, as well as to all the speakers and participants for their commitment and enthusiasm."
