A well-oiled chain of solidarity with Soulidarita
In 2025, the association donated €22,110 to various causes thanks to sales from its second-hand clothing shop.

For a decade, this association, chaired by Nicole Traïni, has been a key social player in the municipality. Thanks to the unwavering commitment of a team of volunteers, its second-hand clothing shop transforms donations into concrete help for multiple causes, a growing success confirmed during its last general meeting.
Every Tuesday afternoon, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., the doors of the premises located in the former school, avenue Jules Ferry, open to a real Ali Baba's cave of solidarity. "Clothes, household linen, accessories and various objects, donated by individuals, are offered at very modest prices. Prior to this weekly sale, volunteers carry out meticulous sorting work.
Items in good condition are put on the shelves, while non-reusable textiles are sent to a recycling network, placing the initiative within a circular economy approach," says a participant.
In an economic context where purchasing power is a major concern, the shop's success remains undeniable. Footfall is constant, attracting bargain hunters as well as citizens keen to consume more responsibly. This growing popularity allows the association to raise increasingly significant funds year after year.
EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS The association's general meeting highlighted exceptional financial results for the year 2025. Thus, €22,110 was collected and donated in full. This amount testifies to the vitality of the association and the generosity of the local community.
The beneficiaries of this financial windfall are numerous and varied, illustrating Solidarita's desire to act on several fronts. Donations have supported animal protection associations such as Animaux sans frontière, Mimochats and the école de Chiens d'aveugle. Human and social causes have also been at the heart of concerns, with aid given to the sapeurs-pompiers, to France Cancer, to the Restos du cœur, to the Octobre Rose campaign and to the Union nationale des associations de parents, de personnes handicapées mentales et de leurs amis (UNAPEI).
Solidarity was also expressed in a very targeted way, as the écurie Cavallino received support following severe flooding, while gift cards were distributed through the Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) and low-income families facing life accidents were able to receive direct aid.
Encouraged by this positive balance sheet, the team is already looking to the future. The association is studying the possibility of establishing new partnerships to support a major national cause, with research into Alzheimer's disease having been notably mentioned.
