This day, dedicated to employment issues in the strategic sectors of national sovereignty, aimed to highlight the government's commitment to support the reindustrialization of the territory and meet the growing needs of defense companies in terms of recruitment and skills. The program of this day in Var illustrated the desire to connect economic, academic, and institutional actors around this national effort. Thus, the 3rd edition of Toulon Défense Event is described as an essential event in the field of recruitment in the defense and public security sector, underlining its strategic importance for the region and the country.

The Toulon territory, rich in deep history and an exceptional military heritage, plays a central role in this initiative. "Our territory is rich in an exceptional military heritage, with Toulon as Europe's leading military port," he recalled, affirming the city's leading position in the continent's maritime and defense landscape.

One of the major ambitions was to stimulate interest in careers in the fields of defense and security, to create new vocations with a desire to attract new talents, and to raise public awareness of the professional opportunities offered by these vital sectors. Indeed, the event positioned itself as a catalyst for employment and skills development, responding to the growing needs of these industries with the presence of partners, exhibitors, organizers, and the 170 professional speakers.

This strong presence highlighted the collective effort and collaboration for the success of such an event, which relies on a multitude of expertise and dedication.
