The Frédéric Mistral interdistrict middle school, which welcomes students from Bormes-les-Mimosas and Le Lavandou, celebrated the success of its school trip to Andalousie during a friendly evening. On May 21st, students, families, and organizers gathered for the draw of the grand raffle set up to financially support this educational project.

The event was an opportunity to share an aperitif while viewing photos of a stay rich in discoveries. EXEMPLARY MOBILIZATION This trip allowed the middle schoolers to explore the exceptional cultural heritage of the cities of Cordoue, Séville, and Grenade. The immersion was complete thanks to accommodation in host families, offering the young people a unique opportunity to practice the Spanish language on a daily basis, taste local gastronomy, and share authentic moments with their hosts.

For many, this experience was a successful first stay abroad, leaving unforgettable memories.

The success of this initiative relies largely on the wave of solidarity from the local economic actors. Thanks to the generosity of the shopkeepers of Bormes-les-Mimosas and Le Lavandou, who offered numerous prizes for the raffle, the cost of the trip was reduced for the families. Each family thus benefited from a reduction of €48 on the price of the stay, a valuable financial support that facilitated the participation of all students.

This operation reflects the deep integration of the middle school within its local community and the willingness of professionals to invest in youth.

The list of the lucky raffle winners is displayed at the reception of the Frédéric Mistral middle school. All will be contacted individually to collect their prizes. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: The organizing teachers thanked all the partners who made this project possible.
