The Département details its support to the municipality
On September 8, the president of the Département met with Mayor François de Canson to discuss local investments.
Territorial development and support for municipal projects were at the center of an official visit by Jean-Louis Masson, president of the Conseil départemental. Indeed, he traveled for a working meeting with François de Canson.
This meeting is part of the policy of proximity and financial support led by the departmental institution.
Structural projects
The agenda focused on the presentation of structural investment projects for the future of La Londe-les-Maures. The aim was for the Municipality to detail its ambitions in terms of public facilities, infrastructure, or development, and for the Département to evaluate the terms of its support.

The departmental councillors of the canton, Nathalie Janet and Christian Simon, also participated in these strategic discussions, highlighting the importance of this collaboration.
This meeting was an opportunity to reaffirm the Département's commitments to territorial equity and solidarity.
The president detailed the outlines of the Aide aux communes scheme, a financial lever that helps bring numerous projects to fruition in the Var. This program aims to guarantee harmonious development throughout the territory, by providing financial and technical support to municipalities, regardless of their size.
