Coopazur, a major player in agricultural supplies, irrigation, and green spaces, has announced the renewal of its governance with the appointment of Laurent Léonard as President and Heidi Bosquet as General Manager.

The company is opening a new phase in its development, focused on three pillars: agriculture, proximity, and service. This strategic reorientation applies both to its professional activities and to its retail store network.

Dual expertise at the head of the group

The new management embodies dual expertise. Laurent Léonard, a winegrower and fruit grower in La Crau, takes the presidency of the Board of Directors. His background as a farmer, leading a board composed of ten directors representing various agricultural sectors, reflects the commitment to place field realities at the heart of decision-making.

Heidi Bosquet serves as General Manager. Originally from the Var, she returns to the region after a career in the financial sector, followed since 2018 by several management positions in the agricultural cooperative sector. Her profile combines economic expertise with a deep understanding of the cooperative model.

A shift in course and concrete actions

This change translates into concrete actions. According to the group, field teams specializing in agriculture, irrigation, and green spaces are currently being strengthened.

This initiative aims to intensify presence alongside farms and professionals, with the dual objective of improving advisory quality and increasing service responsiveness.

At the same time, activities aimed at the general public continue to grow. Management wishes to better coordinate Coopazur's various business lines in order to highlight the complementarities between professional services and store offerings.

A historic player looking to the future

Founded in 1947, the Coopazur cooperative has supported agriculture in the Var for nearly 80 years. This new governance marks the beginning of a "different phase" to affirm its role in a rapidly changing sector.

The roadmap is to strengthen relationships with members, intensify presence on the ground, and make service an absolute priority. These three pillars constitute the common thread of the strategy to be deployed in the coming months.
