Beautiful summer in les Salins! From July 31 to August 11 - Marie Winter Victor Having lived her first twenty years between the Loire and the ponds of Sologne certainly prepared Marie Winter Victor to feel the strength and beauty of the elements. After four years of study at the Institut d'Arts Visuels d'Orléans, Marie chose the profession of illustrator for children's publishing.
Between travels and stays in Asia, her style gradually broke free from naturalistic illustration to express a more intimate vision. Her sketches and on-the-spot paintings took on an increasingly important place, eventually becoming the goal of her travels. In the studio, her small paintings sometimes give rise to larger works in oil or acrylic.
Based in Hyères for four years, she continues her quest for a luminous and sensitive painting that allows for inner growth.
August 14 to September 1 - Axel Champloy Axel Champloy is a traveling artist. Driven by his convictions, inspired by his love of nature and landscapes, he travels without flying and embarks on adventures by bicycle or under sail. In 2020, he spent a month in the Mediterranean with "Bourlingue et Pacotille", an association that carries out transport by sail.
He published his first travel diary inspired by this adventure, "Couleurs de Méditerranée", which won a university prize at the festival in Clermont-Ferrand. In 2023, he exhibited at the Villa Noailles and collaborated with the Parc national de Port-Cros. These projects are punctuated by sailing trips to Ireland and Sicily.
