The first magistrate was surrounded by Sylvie Laporte, Deputy for Education, elected officials of the City, Michel Adamo, director of l'Avenue 83, Jacques Rouard, director of Charlemagne, and Jérôme Cleveland, director of Pathé cinemas of the Sud-Est. of this event: "I wanted to congratulate these young Valettois and reward them for their results, the fruit of their work. It is with great pleasure that I presented the graduates with an endowment (gift vouchers, movie tickets, etc.)
and a diploma from the City.
As a side note, I remember that period, On this occasion, the mayor recalled the objective when during the results I was told that I had to go to the makeup oral exams. Then began additional days of revision. And then, a few days later when I received my transcript of grades, I realized there had been a mistake!
In fact, I had passed my bac with honors!"
