A reinforced healthcare pathway thanks to a new Pôle Santé

This multidisciplinary medical center, which meets the need for local healthcare, was created at the initiative of SAGEM, a leading public developer and planner in Var. The company has partnered with UNITI, a major player in residential development in France, to carry out a significant real estate project involving the construction of a Pôle Médical in La Garde.

A COMPLETE OFFER In the context of a local and national shortage of doctors, the new Pôle Santé, led by doctors Kévin Arrambourg and Éric Lami, offers a comprehensive range of services and covers 1,500 m². In this regard, Doctor Arrambourg specified: "We offer medical coverage 7 days a week, operating since July 2024, guaranteeing patients access to unscheduled care (without an appointment) from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The team of general practitioners, currently consisting of doctors Nesrine Sarij, Gwenaëlle Lemée, Robin Bonelli, and Arnaud Castelnerac, provides classic general medicine consultations and manages minor medical and surgical emergencies.

The treatment room is equipped to perform procedures such as sutures, splinting for simple fractures, electrocardiograms, and burn care, with first aid equipment available."

Dans le contexte de pénurie locale et nationale de médecins, le nouveau Pôle Santé, dirigés par les docteurs Kévin Arrambourg et Éric Lami, propose une offre complète et s'étend sur 1 500 m2. À ce sujet, le docteur Arrambourg a précisé : « Nous proposons une permanence médicale 7 jours sur 7, qui fonctionne depuis juillet 2024 et garantit aux patients un accès aux soins non programmés (sans rendez-vous), de 9 à 22 heures. L’équipe de médecins généralistes, actuellement composée des docteurs Nesrine Sarij, Gwenaëlle Lemée, Robin Bonelli et Arnaud Castelnerac, assure des consultations de médecine générale classique et la prise en charge de petites urgences médicales et chirurgicales. La salle de soins est équipée pour réaliser des actes comme des sutures, des immobilisations pour fractures simples, des électrocardiogrammes, ou encore des soins de brûlures, avec du matériel de premier secours à disposition ». D’autres praticiens (kinésithérapeutes, ophtalmologues et neurochirurgiens), vont prochainement renforcer l’équipe pour offrir un parcours de soins encore plus complet. Le Pôle Santé est un investissement d'envergure qui s’inscrit dans un programme qui comprend une Résidence Services Seniors, une pharmacie et représente un investissement de plus de 18 millions d'€ TTC.

Other practitioners (physiotherapists, ophthalmologists, and neurosurgeons) will soon join the team to offer an even more comprehensive healthcare pathway.

The Pôle Santé is a major investment that is part of a program including a Résidence Services Seniors and a pharmacy, representing an investment of more than €18 million including tax.
