At Galerie Cravéro, "Regards croisés" with Valérie Bellonne and Gilles Mazzei

The gallery is hosting until January 25 the exhibition "Regards croisés" by Valérie Bellone and Gilles Mazzei, who have hung their latest creations. A colorful exhibition to start this year 2025 under the sign of color!

VALÉRIE BELLONE

Valérie Bellone, a portrait painter whose interpretation of her characters is a desire to create a personal representation of them, hypnotized visitors with her gazes. She explains her approach: "I seek to bring a new perspective to portraiture by playing with bright colors, hypnotic gazes that make my work original pieces."

GILLES MAZZEI

For his part, Gilles Mazzei's work is based on color, as he likes to say: "Drawing is a pretext. Fauvisme has inspired me a lot. My learning of painting was done thanks to my meeting painters (Jacques Bartoli, Pierre Anfosso, Marie Astoin) and many others. Galerie Cravéro is open Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Free admission. Artists can apply to exhibit at the gallery. To do so, simply return a form (available on the city's website) with photos of the works and any information likely to add interest to the application. It is also possible to propose an exhibition in partnership with another artist."
