Hubert Larose: 'A busy calendar in 2025 for the UCPL'

On this occasion, the president recalled the unwavering support of the Municipalité for local associations and for the UCPL in particular. This friendly and traditional gathering also allowed Hubert Larose to recall the major moments that punctuate the life of the club throughout the year: 'The years follow one another and are similar. For me, this moment is always a moment of pleasure. Remember last year with the reception of the Ville's medal. Even today, I still get goosebumps! Last night (January 8), nearly 1,000 people were present for the wishes of François de Canson, our mayor. Tonight, there are slightly fewer of us, but I feel in the assembly a lot of sympathy, friendship, well-being! We are happy to be part of our community! What joy! For this to continue, I wish you and your loved ones a happy year 2025, as well as health and all the rest!' Then, President Larose detailed the schedule of activities that will be carried out in 2025 (see our sidebar). 'I remind everyone that they must register for the trips concerned. This meeting is also an opportunity for latecomers to renew their membership.' Before tasting the traditional Epiphany cake, Raymonde was warmly applauded for all the work she constantly provides, which makes it possible to meet everyone's requests. Finally, all participants discussed past activities and the many projects underway in 2025.
