In 2025, flagship projects for the City

Among these projects, first of all, is the Anglican church of Costebelle, with the reconstruction of the roof and the steeple and a reinterpretation of the stained glass windows. The surroundings of the church will be redeveloped and enhanced to preserve this iconic heritage.
The mayor also mentioned the developments at Espace 3000, which will benefit from a major rehabilitation. Thus, the City plans to build a new facade, a modernized entrance hall, and create a tunnel for players to enter.
The mayor also mentioned the archaeological site of Olbia. According to Jean-Pierre Giran: "The visitor reception will be redesigned with a new scenography, a modernized museum, and unique tour routes spread over three areas. This project aims to promote the history of Hyères and offer an immersive experience to visitors."
Finally, the residents of Hyères discovered the projects concerning the multimodal transport hub. For the mayor: "Mobility is at the heart of our priorities with the redevelopment of the forecourt, the creation of a shuttle link, a pathway for users, and a space dedicated to mobility."
In addition, photovoltaic panels will complete this project, promoting a sustainable approach.
