These 10 years in office represent, for him and his committed, enthusiastic and passionate team, an immense pride. "It is also the pride of having participated in the evolution of the town, of observing the smiles in the street, of hearing the laughter of children in the Parc Cravéro, of seeing you dance and enjoy life during the many events," he confided, aside, before the official meeting. And he repeated it to the residents: "I have been mayor for 10 years and I take great pleasure in it!"
TEN YEARS OF INVESTMENT Aware of the enormous work accomplished over the last ten years, he is delighted with his achievements: "What a long way we have come!" "For us, it is also an opportunity to thank the municipal staff who work every day to make Le Pradet what it is today: a peaceful, dynamic place, open to all and adapted to everyone. Our sole mission is to make the lives of citizens more beautiful every day," said the mayor.
We do this on a daily basis with the active participation of the Pradétans during exchanges, meetings and debates, because the Pradétans are the beating heart of our village! At the time of review, the mayor listed the achievements carried out in the municipality.
Conscient de l'énorme travail réalisé ces dix dernières années, il se réjouit de son bilan : « Quel chemin parcouru » ! « Pour nous, c’est également l’occasion de remercier les agents de la commune qui œuvrent chaque jour pour faire du Pradet ce qu’il est aujourd’hui : un lieu apaisé, dynamique, ouvert à tous et adapté à chacun. Notre seule mission est de rendre la vie des citoyens chaque jour plus belle », lance le maire. Nous le faisons au quotidien avec la participation active des Pradétans à l'occasion d'échanges, de rencontres et de débats, car les Pradétans sont le cœur battant de notre village ! À l'heure du bilan, le maire énumère les réalisations menées dans la commune. Et, il insiste : « Au Pradet, c’est facile d’être maire. Prendre un rendez-vous avec moi, c’est facile ! Cette proximité a été renforcée ces dernières années. Ces dix ans de mandat, pour moi et mon équipe, sont aussi vos dix ans. Tous ces échanges et dialogues. C’est grâce à vous qu’on est bien ici et qu’on arrive à améliorer la qualité de vie ».
And he insisted: "In Le Pradet, it is easy to be mayor. Making an appointment with me is easy! This proximity has been strengthened in recent years.
These ten years of mandate, for me and my team, are also your ten years. All these exchanges and dialogues. It is thanks to you that we feel good here and that we manage to improve the quality of life."
In terms of the balance sheet, the mayor recalled the most significant milestones with the creation of a cultural center and a media library, adherence to the charter of the Parc national de Port-Cros, the renovation and creation of sports facilities, and the organization of festivals that are now recognized throughout the Var and far beyond.
Regarding projects, the mayor presented the next investments: "Obviously, we still have things to do in 2025". For example, he cited the delivery of the Marcel-Pagnol school (in September), the continued greening of the town center, the mountain bike trail on the La Voulte land, the utility line undergrounding program, and the creation of housing for people with reduced mobility in the former boarding school. For Hervé Stassinos, "the objective of the municipal team is to make the town of Le Pradet more beautiful every day!"
The objective has certainly been achieved!
