Great generosity in support of AFM Téléthon
Residents of La Garde, associations, and merchants mobilized in November and December to collect donations for Téléthon.
In January, Hélène Arnaud-Bill, mayor of La Garde, presented a check for over €16,000 to AFM Téléthon. It was through the association "Une fleur, Une vie" that this lovely sum was handed over to AFM Téléthon at the Maison des Associations.
Indeed, more than 20 events were organized from November 23 to December 17, coordinated by the Ville de La Garde and the association "Une fleur, une vie".
This explains the satisfaction of Hélène Arnaud-Bill, mayor of La Garde: "It is thanks to your donations to Téléthon that we are building a new medicine together to fight rare diseases. Thank you all for your generosity and thanks to the many associations that mobilized!"
