After studying applied arts and gaining experience in architecture, she decided to devote herself to dressmaking. After a break dedicated to her family life, she resumed her activity in the Var, in Six-Fours-les-Plages where she began creating custom-made pieces.

ANOTHER VISION OF MARRIAGE

Recently, Château de La Cheylanne in La Londe-les-Maures hosted the first Salon Amaïn, an event that appealed to future newlyweds in search of authenticity and personalization. With 25 exhibitors, the Salon Amaïn was a great success, offering an intimate and warm space. On this occasion, couples met passionate artisans and professionals. All the service providers showed remarkable kindness, sharing a common vision of commitment, based on values of respect for the environment and celebration of the diversity of love stories. As a designer of custom-made wedding dresses and organizer of this event, the young woman wished to showcase local expertise while offering personalized support, far from standardized approaches. "The Salon Amaïn embodies my desire to make marriage much more than just an event. It is a sincere and authentic celebration of union and human connection," she explains. Her turning point came when she was asked to design costumes for a dance school. Although Stéphanie initially thought that creating wedding dresses was reserved for those who had completed specific studies, she took sewing classes with a professional from major haute couture houses. While the events of 2020 temporarily slowed her momentum, the designer bounced back by sewing masks for hospitals before refocusing on wedding dresses. Today, Stéphanie works from home in her workshop where she receives clients by appointment. She creates each wedding dress from A to Z, taking the time to listen to the stories and wishes of each future bride and couple. "I like to know their journey, how they met, so I can draw on their story to create a dress that reflects who they are," the young designer passionately confides.

BESPOKE SUPPORT

The creative process is meticulous and personalized. Stéphanie offers appointments for measurements, prototype fittings, and necessary adjustments, with no limit on the number of fittings. Dress prices can vary between €850 and €2,500, depending on the choice of fabrics and the details added to the garment (such as lace). Thus, the Salon Amaïn highlighted the importance of support in the creation of a wedding dress. An event that left a lasting impression on the minds and hearts of future newlyweds! To be followed very closely for future events... •
