This new site now houses the employees of the operator of the electricity distribution network in France, thus strengthening the company's presence in the region. This achievement is further proof of the trust the company places in GSE, which has already been responsible for building the sites in Dijon, Le Creusot, and Caen. This successful partnership between the two entities is enriched by a fourth site, integrating innovative and sustainable solutions.

MIXED USE Located on a 13,762 m² plot of land on rue de la Vernède to the west of Fréjus, the 3,308 m² building stands out for its mixed-use design. It includes 1,883 m² of offices, 410 m² of activity premises, 780 m² of outdoor storage areas, and 235 m² of open shelters. The 177 parking spaces, along with a 112 m² parking lot reserved for heavy goods vehicles, ensure optimal capacity for the Enedis teams.

The building, designed by Apside Architecture, integrates modern and bright workspaces, with interior layouts that promote employee well-being. Its facade is inspired by local history, recalling the region's former tile works through the use of traditional materials and colors.

Enedis, a mission-driven company since 2023, and GSE share common values regarding sustainable development. This project respects these commitments through the use of low environmental impact materials, such as the wooden framework for the offices, and the implementation of measures to preserve local biodiversity. As such, photovoltaic panels have been installed on the building's roofs, generating 143 kWp of electricity that will be fed back into the grid on behalf of the real estate company Joseph Costamagna SA.

GSE met the challenge of delivering this site in one year, respecting its client's deadlines and proving, once again, its expertise in eco-responsible design-and-build.
