PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION An association committed to supporting vulnerable people, « Faire Route Avec Toi » stands out through two major areas: solidarity housing and professional integration workshops. Thus, in terms of solidarity housing, in a society where access to stable housing remains a crucial challenge, « Faire Route Avec Toi » offers temporary accommodation solutions to people in difficulty. It manages a 7-bed accommodation facility that allows its residents to rebuild their lives in a safe and caring environment.

These places offer not only a roof over their heads, but also tailored support to encourage a return to autonomy. This action is reflected in particular by administrative help to regularize situations, guidance towards sustainable housing schemes, and psychological support to overcome traumas related to instability.

“The association also sets up Professional Integration Workshops (CIP), to address social and economic exclusion issues. Thus, its initiatives enable people far from employment to find a useful and rewarding activity while acquiring essential skills. The workshops cover various areas (green spaces and landscape masonry) and offer a stepping stone to employment thanks to personalized socio-professional support, connection with local businesses, and the valuation of acquired skills through certifications,” the association leaders add.

For its part, the troupe des Cigales puts art at the service of solidarity.
