La Ville, a model of inclusion and support
On March 12, La Ville welcomed nearly 180 professionals for a day dedicated to inclusion, inaugurated by Thierry Albertini, the mayor.

Placed under the sign of sharing experiences and exchanges, this day brought together actors committed to the field of inclusion, with presentations from organizations such as the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales (CAF), the Pôle d'Appui et de Ressources pour l'Inclusion Handicap du Var (PARIH 83), or the Pôle Appui Scolarité (PAS) of the UGECAM group. CONSTANT COMMITMENT La Valette-du-Var stands out for its constant commitment to inclusion, parenting, and youth. "At the heart of this commitment lies a desire to create links and adapted systems to promote access for everyone, without distinction, to education, employment, and high-quality services.
"The many actions implemented in the city, through various support networks, testify to this commitment," recalls Thierry Albertini.

Furthermore, the challenge of parents' professional integration has been met. Thus, as part of the "Vocation Insertion Professionnelle" label, La Ville has set up an innovative system, offering six nursery places dedicated to supporting parents looking for work. This allows families to balance their professional and personal responsibilities while providing optimal care for their children.
"This municipal commitment is also reflected in reinforced support for families. Indeed, La Ville plays a key role in supporting the territory's families, leading, through the Réseau Parentalité du Var, concrete actions to support families, with a particular focus on those in vulnerable situations," adds the mayor.
CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH Furthermore, the municipality is also a pioneer in welcoming children with disabilities. "One of the major stakes of the day was the emphasis placed on the inclusive welcoming of children with disabilities. La Valette stands out for its efforts to make its facilities accessible to all, by training its professionals to welcome children with specific needs and by supporting families in their journey.

Thus, we are at the forefront of initiatives for childhood and youth," continues the mayor. This day dedicated to inclusion is yet another example of the initiatives led by La Ville for children and young people.
Always looking for new solutions to improve the lives of its citizens, the city positions itself as a true model of commitment and a pioneer in the field of inclusion.
