This free card allows 12-25 year olds to benefit from numerous advantageous offers, thanks to a network of over 40 partners. The latter offer discounts in various areas (sports, leisure, culture, fashion, catering, training and vehicle purchase). On March 4, the Ville honored the partners of this program. On this occasion, Hélène Arnaud- Bill, mayor of La Garde, highlighted the importance of this initiative for young people: "This action, set up with shopkeepers and associations, shows that in La Garde, the words altruism, solidarity and citizenship are not empty words. These values are at the heart of this project, which supports young people by boosting the local dynamic". The mayor also specified: "Toulon Provence Méditerranée (TPM) is going to implement a Pass’Jeune card across the metropolitan area. A nice nod to the initiative launched by the Ville, which demonstrates its spirit of innovation and its ability to stay one step ahead".
