On Saturday, May 17, renowned chefs, passionate sommeliers, local producers, and artisans will gather for a festive and gastronomic day in the heart of the city! The Mediterranean terroir in the spotlight After the success of the 2023 edition, the culinary and oenological Masterclasses are back in force. Great names in cuisine and seasoned sommeliers will share their secrets through exceptional tastings and introductions to the wines of Provence.
On place du général de Gaulle, a gourmet market will offer a refined selection of local producers and winemakers, presenting their best red, white, and rosé vintages. In addition, a "bistrot provençal" area will allow visitors to taste these exceptional products on site, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A festive evening event! A major new feature of this 2025 edition, the celebration will continue until 10 p.m.! Enjoy the mild May evenings with musical entertainment, an area dedicated to an open-air tavern ("guinguette"), and share delicious dishes accompanied by the region's best vintages!
Workshops for budding gourmets To awaken the taste buds of the youngest and pass on the richness of the terroir, educational workshops centered on taste and the senses will be offered to children. A wonderful opportunity to introduce them to local gastronomy!
A town in celebration The festivities are not limited to place du général de Gaulle! There is also a local producers' market on place Jean-Jaurès, open all day long. Shopkeepers and restaurateurs on avenue Char Verdun are mobilized to offer gourmet discoveries, including an artisans' village and around twenty designers presenting their finest creations based on tableware.
