The Zénith Préfecture, a car park still underused
In 2017, the Ville de Toulon, then the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée - TPM in 2018, awarded Q-Park a contract...

Then, two other car parks were entrusted to Q-Park following calls for tenders in 2023 and 2024, including the Zénith Préfecture Gare (commissioned in October 2023) with 667 spaces over 5 levels, 6 charging stations installed and 28 planned. By the end of 2025, it will be the largest charging hub in the Métropole. And, Toulon – La Loubière (to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2025). They are accessible 24/7, permanently connected to a Remote Monitoring Center for the tracking of maintenance, security, and potential incidents.
RENOVATION PROGRAMME

The Métropole has invested more than €24M to acquire a car park near major metropolitan structuring projects (new Chalucet eco-district, Institut des Professions de Santé IFPVPS, Cité Administrative around the Préfecture, XL Data center and new coworking and co-living spaces in Montety, near the Toulon train and bus stations), providing a complementary offer to the Claret and Montéty districts. In addition, Q-Park has financed a car park renovation programme (or complete rehabilitation for the Lafayette car park) amounting to more than €20 million. Furthermore, Q-Park continues to invest between €400K and €500K per year to maintain the quality of the car parks, repaint, renovate stairwells, worn areas and renew technical equipment. The initial works were largely entrusted to local businesses.
