The event, focused on meetings, professional integration, and conviviality, brought together many key players from the local economic world. Visitors were able to discover no fewer than 18 professions, presented by committed companies and employment support organizations. The objective was to inform, guide, recruit, but above all to establish a direct link between candidates and recruiters.
LOCAL COMPANIES Among the companies present were well-known names from the region: Elis Méditerranée, Hermess Transports, Carrefour, Family Sphère, La Poste, Unis-Cité, Korian, O2 La Garde, GHR, Team Intérim, and Ergos Intérim. All of them arrived with concrete job offers and a strong commitment to local recruitment.
Participants were also able to speak with resource structures such as Cap Emploi, Face Var, Initiatives Var, En Chemin, France Travail, and the Mission locale, which provided their expertise in guidance, training, and returning to employment.
Jean-Louis Masson, president of the Département and 1st deputy mayor of La Garde, thanked the organizers for the collective energy that emerged: "This event was a true success and we are delighted to see so much dynamism and commitment from all the participants."
The BMEE, at the initiative of this event, welcomes this success and confirms its commitment to increasing local initiatives to promote access to employment in the region.
