A daily commitment to security

Like every year, the elected official gathered the various services working daily to ensure the safety of residents and summer visitors during the summer. This was an opportunity for the mayor of La Londe-les-Maures to thank the different services involved: “Gathering those who watch over our summer security on a daily basis is always a powerful moment. Once again this year, I would like to express our gratitude to these women and men, both professionals and volunteers, whose daily commitment allows everyone to enjoy our beautiful municipality with peace of mind.”

GARDE RÉPUBLICAINE Until August 31, these professionals and volunteers ensure an increased presence on the municipal territory. The beaches of Miramar, Tamaris, and l'Argentière benefit from the teams of the SNSM and the CRS (maîtres-nageurs sauveteurs). Furthermore, the forest massifs are placed under the vigilance of volunteers from the CCFF and benefit from the reinforcement of the Gardes Régionaux Forestiers, while the Police municipale and the Gendarmerie ensure the safety of the roads and summer events.

Furthermore, the sapeurs-pompiers station is on alert 7 days a week. Among the forces mobilized this year, the exceptional presence of a mounted gendarme post of the Garde Républicaine should be noted, which thus reinforces the presence on public roads and participates in monitoring the coastline during the day and then in the evening during events.
