Pouvez-vous nous dire comment cette orientation vous est venue ? Depuis mon plus jeune âge, je suis passionnée par tout ce qui touche au domaine artistique. Je dessinais beaucoup et j’aimais composer des structures d’intérieur. Après le BAC général, j’ai fait une classe préparatoire d’art au Lycée Simone Veil à Valbonne où j’ai appris à fabriquer des décors mettre en forme, de rénovation d’emplacements, de beaucoup de créations et d’installations où peuvent s’inscrire jusqu’à 200 candidats à Paris. À ce stade, 50 finalistes sont retenus d’après leur projet. Puis, une sélection finale retient 10 appelés à recevoir leur billet de participation à la Design Parade 2025 de Toulon. Comme je l'ai dit, ce fut une très belle expérience et de belles rencontres qui m'ont permis de découvrir les ficelles d'une régie générale et de faire de belles rencontres parmi les créateurs de la mode, de l'architecture, du mobilier et de l'art contemporain. Un réel enrichissement personnel la villa Swagatam.

Can you tell us how you decided on this career path? Camille BROCHOT. From a very young age, I have been passionate about everything related to the artistic field.

I used to draw a lot and I loved designing interior structures. After my general BAC, I did an art preparatory class at the Lycée Simone Veil in Valbonne where I learned how to build sets. How did you experience this internship? CB.

It was an exciting internship! In particular, I participated in the preparatory period of the festival for several months. One does not expect such a deployment, so many documents to format, site renovations, and so many creations and installations where up to 200 candidates can register in Paris.

At this stage, 50 finalists are selected based on their project. Then, a final selection retains 10 who are called to receive their participation ticket for the Design Parade 2025 in Toulon. As I said, it was a very beautiful experience and wonderful encounters that allowed me to discover the ropes of general management and to make great connections among the creators of fashion, architecture, furniture, and contemporary art.
