The Marcel Pagnol school group, a modern and eco-responsible establishment

After an initial institutional inauguration the day before, this friendly morning allowed everyone to discover this place that will soon host the first school steps, games, and daily life of more than 300 students. For Hervé Stassinos, the mayor, this inauguration marks a turning point: "This school group is a structuring project for the municipality. It is above all the realization of an ambition, that of offering the little Pradétans an ideal school to learn, thrive, and become the French citizens of tomorrow."

Built on a 10,000 m² plot, the establishment includes 16 classes, divided between nursery and elementary, as well as facilities adapted to children's needs (multi-purpose rooms, cafeteria, play areas, multi-sport field, garden courtyard, and secure parking areas). Designed with an eco-responsible approach, the school group obtained the "Bâtiment Durable Méditerranéen – niveau Argent" label. The school has 137 trees, more than 1,000 m² of green spaces, photovoltaic panels, and vegetable patches to raise students' awareness of environmental protection.
