A colorful summer

Between concerts, shows and various activities, the town successfully charmed residents and holidaymakers alike, who came in large numbers to enjoy an eclectic and festive program. In July, the town vibrated to the rhythm of the Nuits du Mas, mixing classical music and jazz, before moving on to outdoor cinema screenings under the stars, set up in the warmth of the summer evenings. L’Agora d’été gathered a large audience around philosophical meetings, while the Contes du Rocher transported the public into a poetic and imaginary world. For lovers of dance and popular music, Hit Party 2000 brought the greatest hits back to life. Among the highlights, Chimène Badi's concert left a lasting impression, as did the evening bringing together Worlds Apart, L5 and Billy Crawford, which attracted an enthusiastic crowd. But the highlight was the Nocturnes médiévales. As every year, they transformed the town into a period setting, with knights, craftsmen and musicians, bringing together several thousand people in a historical atmosphere. Finally, the summer program gave pride of place to night markets of shopkeepers and craftsmen, guided tours and activities on the square of the parc national de Port-Cros.
