Art within reach, from November 28 to December 1
A must-attend event for lovers of art and unique creations!

VILLA FROUIN Villa Frouin, an exceptional cultural setting nestled in Hyères (Costebelle), hosts its 3rd edition of the Salon du Petit Format. This event brings together 56 artists selected from 216 applications and highlights contemporary diversity.
Hyères The principle is simple: each work, maximum format 30 × 30 cm, is offered at a single price of €90, which goes entirely to the artist. Organized by Nadège and Étienne Frouin, this festival is part of an approach of sharing, transmission, and promotion of contemporary creation. What you will find there in an intimate, warm setting, conducive to discovery: Painting, sculpture, drawing, watercolor, ceramics, engraving, textile art, mixed media.

LIVING SPACE Villa Frouin is much more than a simple exhibition space: it is a living space dedicated to art, encounters, and creation. Built in 1884, this exceptional residence is a Victorian-style English cottage, a unique architectural rarity on the Côte d'Azur. Classified for its architectural interest, the Villa embodies the dialogue between historical heritage and contemporary creation.
It has been restored by Nadège and Étienne Frouin, art and heritage enthusiasts, who preserved its authenticity while making it an open and lively artistic venue.
Throughout the year, they organize exhibitions, meetings, and cultural events, highlighting sensitive forms of expression such as ceramics or graphic arts. Among its flagship events: the Salons du Petit Format and the Festival de la Céramique, a highlight of the local art scene. The Villa is a singular place, at the crossroads of arts, conviviality, and transmission, where each visit becomes both an aesthetic and a human experience.
For three years, the venue has established itself as an exceptional place, where art is experienced without barriers or pretension. The 3rd Salon du Petit Format embodies a strong conviction: to offer great visibility to all artists, while making art accessible to all audiences.
Here, the small format is not a constraint, but a key. A key for artists, who find in this salon a benevolent showcase and a way to enter the homes of seasoned collectors or moved neophytes. A key for visitors, who can treat themselves to their first work of art without breaking the bank, like this young couple who came last year and left with a smile and a creation under their arm.
