The Mondial de la Moule has struck hard again!
A triumphant 7th edition with 35,000 visitors, endless smiles and mussels cooked in every style!

Le Pradet experienced a weekend that was, to say the least... shellfish-filled!
On October 3, 4, and 5, the 7th edition of the Mondial de la Moule gathered more than 35,000 visitors who celebrated this little marine gem in a joyful, gourmet, and frankly wild atmosphere. From the opening, salty aromas and bursts of laughter filled the main square of Le Pradet. On the stands, chefs and mussel farmers competed in creativity: mussels with figatelli, coconut cream, Japanese-style, or with Espelette pepper, not forgetting the classic marinières.
In short, a true world tour of flavors!
Pop-rock concerts and the DJ set electrified the evenings, while the giant karaoke sessions met with phenomenal success (and some memorable vocalizations!). The youngest were not left behind, with activities full of good humor and a "before" reserved for Le Pradet associations and seniors, faithful to the friendly spirit of the event.
And what about the most anticipated moment: the fastest mussel-eating contest! A competition as funny as it was impressive, won for the second consecutive year by the invincible Jules, a true local legend.
Between good humor, music, laughter, and sea scents, the Mondial de la Moule confirms its status as an essential event on the Var and even regional calendar.
Friendly, family-oriented, a bit crazy, it continues to prove that in Le Pradet, the mussel is sacred!
