“L’Osseline” does not only offer exceptional meats. Corsican charcuterie, in particular, completes their selection. Pâtés en croûte and country pâtés are prepared on-site, using traditional expertise that has made the establishment famous. With a team of 7 employees, customer satisfaction remains the priority, and clients can expect artisanal products and homemade dishes. At the same time, the catering section showcases traditional and local cuisine. Two talented chefs prepare all dishes on-site, offering weekly specialties such as aïoli on Fridays, couscous and lamb tajine on Wednesdays, as well as refined dishes like Bellevue salmon, sweetbread and mushroom bouchées à la reine, and scallops... All ingredients are fresh and carefully prepared. Cheese lovers are not left out, as “L’Osseline” offers a wide selection of cheeses, a large part of which comes from Auvergne, featuring specialties like farmhouse Saint-Nectaire and Fourme d’Ambert, along with other cheeses from various regions of France. Finally, for special occasions, L’Osseline also offers festive menus, allowing everyone to savor exceptional dishes during celebrations.
