A new medical center is born
The exceptional Les Jardins de la Closeraie residence has recently emerged, combining modern architecture with a green setting.
At the heart of this project will be a 1,200 m² medical center, spread over three levels, which will host around fifteen specialists, ranging from general practitioners to midwives and psychiatrists. M. Canzani, CEO of Jenzi Promotion, met with future occupants before the site's delivery.
"At the end of completion, we like to involve our clients by organizing a pre-reception, so they can discover and appreciate their future workplace or living space. When the project concerns a professional building, it is all the more important because that is where they will spend the most time," he explains.
The development was not initially intended to house a medical center, but the interest of several doctors directed the project in this direction, creating a collaborative dynamic. M. Canzani thanked all the collaborators who made this achievement possible, as well as Mme Bill, mayor of La Garde.
"This is excellent news for our municipality; this center complements the existing healthcare offering alongside the Maison de la Santé," she declared.
The handover of the works will be followed by fittings for the professionals. Four additional premises will be available for rent in order to facilitate the installation of new practitioners.
