Agricampus Var opens its doors to future students
A public agricultural education institution, Agricampus Var is organizing a BTS Orientation Morning on Saturday, February 7 from 9 am to 12 pm.

This event is an opportunity for high school students wishing to pursue higher education in BTS to discover the training offer, teaching teams, and student life conditions offered by Agricampus Var. The BTS Orientation Morning is aimed at individuals wishing to obtain an agricultural Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) through school-based education or apprenticeship. It is a privileged moment to meet teachers and students of Agricampus Var, visit the campus's pedagogical facilities, discuss the content, career opportunities, and admission procedures for BTSa programs, discover professions thanks to the presence of partner companies, and ask any questions related to guidance, apprenticeships, and student life.
ADAPTED BTS TRAINING

These pathways meet the growing needs for professionals in life, environmental, agricultural, or landscape sectors in the Sud region. "Agricampus Var welcomes students every year who wish to train in life science professions. Our BTSa programs, Technico Commercial and Métiers du Végétal (MVAOE), combine theoretical courses with practical experiences in companies or on the educational farm. With Parcoursup about to open, we are proud to offer tailored pathways, personalized support, and concrete professional integration opportunities, so that every student can build their project with confidence," explains Nicolas Bourgeois, Director of EPLEFPA Agricampus Var. Furthermore, to provide concrete responses to student needs, the institution has undertaken renovation work in 2025 and 2026. These developments will enable the institution to offer a housing solution dedicated to BTS students. From the start of the 2026 school year, candidates can apply to join a shared 6-bed apartment, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and a common living area. This housing offer stands out from classic boarding schools by being more independent and friendly, promoting comfort and collective life. •
