La Caf du Var installed in its new headquarters
Inaugurated with the préfet du Var and local officials, this new venue in the heart of Toulon aims to improve the quality of service of the Caf.

This is what guided it in this relocation project from the very beginning. Initiated in 2020, this project became reality with the move in March 2025 of 480 out of 550 employees department-wide, grouped within a single headquarters.

The building's architecture is up to the challenges and reflects the desire of the Caf to commit to an eco-responsible approach, integrating new working practices for employees to ensure its public service mission under the best conditions. MODERN ARCHITECTURE With over 8,300m2 of office space, this eco-sustainable Mediterranean building spans 6 floors. The architecture is designed to be modern and sleek, and the interior layout integrates numerous collaborative spaces.
“The goal is to offer a new reception area for our users, better suited to their needs and habits. Beyond distinct and modern spaces for appointments and self-service digital access, this new reception area allows us to offer digital inclusion workshops or even focus groups with our beneficiaries and partners to develop our offerings. The Caf du Var intends to expand its service relationship for a more local and personalized territorial presence according to the public,” explains the institution.
