Innovating and strengthening its impact, FACE Var's goals for 2026

On January 29, the traditional new year wishes evening of FACE Var gathered partners, businesses and local actors around a clear message, which remains to stay on course with a daily commitment to an inclusive society. 'We wanted to remain this collective of committed actors, with a backbone made of values and commitments embodied daily for our beneficiaries,' said Nathalie Alexandre, president of FACE Var, opening the evening. Among the guests of honor, Frédérique Chadel, deputy director at DDETS Var, and Jean-Baptiste Morinaud, sub-prefect and project manager, shared their support and enthusiasm for upcoming projects.

LOCAL COMMITMENT The past year has been rich in actions. Thus, 9,330 people were supported in Var through projects around inclusion through education, orientation, employment, social mediation, and ecological and solidary transition. The journeys of Suzanne and Mr.

FACE Var also thanked the 280 partner companies, whether SMEs, large groups or adapted companies, as well as all public and private funders. The 2025 commitment trophies were awarded to JRM Domotique, Naval Group, Hyper U Les Arcs, AGPM, Entreprise Adaptée AVATH, Jérôme Basso Consulting and Erilia, praised for their exemplary action in the department.

In 2026, FACE Var intends not only to continue its actions, but also to strengthen the CSR support for businesses, develop its service offerings, and remain innovative to meet local challenges. Its ambition is to address the challenges of inclusion while supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Var.
