Indeed, from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., the badminton evening attracts many participants, all gathered to share their passion in a friendly atmosphere. The organizers of the event provide around ten courts, allowing players to rotate and get to know each other. "There are no strict rules," explains Davy Duhamel, educator at the service des sports of the mairie de La Farlède.
“Participants can choose to play among themselves, form matches, or simply have fun. The idea is to encourage exchanges and create social connection.”
This initiative, launched in 2024, is open to all, including young people accompanied by an adult. Whether a beginner or a seasoned player, everyone finds their place.
The organizers ensure a good atmosphere is maintained, allowing everyone to thrive in this playful setting. This event represents much more than just a sports evening because it embodies the spirit of sharing and friendliness that drives the community of La Farlède.
