GRDF has launched its recruitment campaign for the start of the 2026 academic year.
Thus, 20 positions are offered in the region and cover all the company's business areas. The offers are aimed at varied profiles from diverse training backgrounds: Maintenance, operations, innovation. GRDF offers opportunities to become an active player in the energy transition.

Committed to reaching 20% green gas in the grids by 2030 and accelerating the decarbonization of its customers and its activity, the company is mobilizing all of its business areas to achieve this. “Joining GRDF on a work-study contract means working every day to supply 11 million customers while actively participating in the energy transition. The work-study opportunities make it possible to prepare for diplomas ranging from a vocational baccalaureate to a specialized master's degree. The work-study experience revolves around 4 main pillars: the meaning given to one's job, the richness of teamwork, continuous learning, and skills development,” explains the company. Furthermore, GRDF offers its work-study students advantageous financial conditions. Remuneration is higher than legal thresholds, and to facilitate daily life, the company supports work-study students in their housing search or by covering part of their accommodation costs, reimbursing part of the costs related to travel between home and work, such as subscription tickets up to 50%, or all travel related to the beginning and end of work-study periods (if the school is far away). The company also provides financial assistance of up to €1,000 to finance a driving license when the assignments require it. Finally, GRDF offers its work-study students real prospects for professional growth. In 2025, more than one in four work-study students trained in technical trades continued their career within the company at the end of their contract. More broadly, graduated work-study students represent more than 15% of permanent (CDI) recruitments at GRDF. In addition, the company affirms its commitment to diversity by working towards the feminization of its technical professions and by integrating work-study students with disabilities every year.
