Hervé Stassinos: "My commitment is my will to act in the service of the Pradétans"
Hervé Stassinos was re-elected mayor of Le Pradet for a third term, focused on continuity and commitment.

SYMBOLIC INSTALLATION
The session took place in compliance with republican traditions. The highlight of this installation was the presentation of the tricolor sash to the re-elected mayor. It was Christian Garnier, in his capacity as the dean of the assembly, who had the honor of girding Hervé Stassinos with this symbol of office. A gesture full of meaning for the mayor, who took advantage of his inaugural speech to thank his colleagues and reaffirm the guiding principles of his future action. He stressed that this sash represented much more than a simple attribute. "It represents my love for Le Pradet, my commitment and my will to act in the service of the Pradétans," the mayor declared with emotion. These words outline the roadmap for a mandate that is part of the continuity of previous ones, focused on proximity to citizens and the harmonious development of the municipality. The new deliberative assembly reflects the verdict of the ballot box. It is composed of 33 members, guaranteeing the representation of different local political sensitivities. The municipal majority, which supports the mayor's action, has 24 councilors and deputies, who are responsible for implementing the program for which they were elected. Facing them, an opposition group, made up of 9 councilors, also sits. Their presence is essential to local democratic life, their role being to monitor the action of the majority, to formulate alternative proposals and to represent the voters who did not choose the leading list. The debates and decisions of the next six years will therefore be the result of exchanges between these two political forces within the council.

CHALLENGES OF THE 3RD MANDATE

While the re-election of Hervé Stassinos is based on a track record and established trust, this new term will not be without challenges. Like many municipalities, Le Pradet will have to face major challenges in terms of urban planning, ecological transition, economic development and the preservation of its exceptional living environment. Social cohesion and support for public services will also remain at the heart of the municipal team's concerns. The mayor and his team will have to transform the trust granted by the voters into concrete actions to continue making Le Pradet a town where life is good, while preparing it for the challenges of tomorrow. The installation speech laid the foundation stones of a mandate that aims to be unifying and entirely dedicated to the general interest of the Pradétans. •
