Over 300 visitors at the Forum de l'Emploi
The second edition of the Forum de l'Emploi du Castellet confirmed its major role, attracting over 300 visitors and 30 exhibitors.

Organized by the Municipalité in collaboration with economic stakeholders and institutional partners of the territory, the event was a great success, establishing itself as an essential meeting point for job seekers, young people seeking guidance, and people considering a career change. Throughout the day, the aisles remained busy, testifying to the relevance of such an initiative to boost the local job market.

COMPLETE OFFER With more than 30 speakers and over 300 visitors, this edition kept all its promises in terms of opportunities. Participants met recruiters from local companies in various sectors of activity and exchanged with training organizations presenting their courses. The presence of institutional support structures was a major asset.
The stands of France Travail, the Mission locale Ouest Var, and Cap Emploi Var offered personalized advice, guiding visitors through employment and training support schemes. This synergy between the worlds of business, training, and support created an ecosystem favorable to constructive exchanges and the realization of professional projects.
CAREERS IN UNIFORM One of the highlights of this forum was the presence of security and defense forces. The Police municipale as well as the various branches of the military — Marine nationale, Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace, Armée de Terre — and the Point Info Communication et Recrutement de la Gendarmerie presented the multiple careers they offer. These stands were highly popular with a young audience.
Visitors were able to find out about training paths, recruitment conditions, and the reality of careers in uniform. This enthusiasm confirmed the appeal of careers carrying meaning, discipline, and opportunities for advancement, responding to a search for new professional horizons for many candidates.

The event met its objective of promoting direct contact between recruiters and potential candidates, thereby making the local job market more fluid. By facilitating access to centralized, high-quality information, the forum acted as a catalyst for the territory's economy.
Faced with this success and the strong mobilization of partners, the Municipalité confirmed its willingness to make this event a permanent fixture.
